Clinical Aromatherapy Certificate Course: A Physiology-Based Integrative Approach – Level Three Certificate Program

The School for Aromatic Studies has created a comprehensive level three clinical aromatherapy certification course designed to cultivate and deepen your knowledge of essential oils as well as to provide you with the tools and skills needed to be part of the new generation of aromatherapists. This course also fulfills and surpasses Level Three Aromatherapy Certification requirements as set out by the National Association for Holistic Aromatherapy (NAHA).

Drawing from the field of herbal medicine, our clinical aromatherapy certificate course expands the conversation of how to practice, how to use essential oils via different routes (be it internal or external), and how to effectively assess safety in clinical practice.

To receive your certificate in Clinical Aromatherapy with the New York Institute of Aromatic Studies, you will need to complete the following:

Prerequisites include: To receive a Level Three Certification, you will need to complete Foundations of Aromatherapy and Aromatic Scholars certificate courses (live or online with the School for Aromatic Studies or similar qualifications from other schools).   • Complete 3 Essential oil monographs
  • Complete One Elective
