Course Release Schedule

Are there prerequisites?
This course is open to everyone with an interest in deepening their knowledge and formulation skills for Botanical Perfumery. A Foundations of Aromatherapy is HIGHLY recommended. This is not a beginner’s course.
Is this course all online?
Yes. The Botanical Perfume Diploma program is an online course designed as a self-paced course of study. You can complete the course at your own pace and on your own schedule, based on your goals.
Online learning makes learning easy and accessible. With online education, you can take your course with you on any device you choose. Download PDF files to read later, watch video content, or view course content on your device.
How long do I have to complete the program?
This is a Cohort course, so you will journey with fellow students over a 6-month period. We hope you can complete the course within a month of completing the mentorship sessions. For this cohort, that would be in August of 2026. However, you can take the time you need to complete the program.
Does this course offer CE hours for aromatherapists?
Yes. This course offers 150 CE hours for aromatherapists. CE hours are accepted by NAHA, IFPA, and other aromatherapy organizations.
How do I complete my diploma?
To receive your diploma for Botanical Perfume, you will be required to create a series of 4 botanical perfumes.
What supplies are required?
Are you an approved school by a professional aromatherapy organization?
Yes, we are an approved school through the National Association for Holistic Aromatherapy and the International Federation of Professional Aromatherapists.
Did you say I have access to the course for Life?
Yes, once you register for an online course, it is yours for life of the program!

Eligibility for Refund
A full tuition refund is available if you submit your refund request within 48 hours of enrollment OR prior to logging in to access course materials, whichever comes first. Requests must be submitted in writing to studentsupport@aromaticstudies.com
No Refund After Course Access
Once you have logged in to the course platform and accessed course materials, the tuition is considered non-refundable, regardless of the date of enrollment. Because our courses are delivered entirely online and content is made available immediately upon access, we are unable to offer refunds once a student has begun coursework.
