Join Alison Marras, Nutritional Therapist, Food Blogger & Photographer and Amy Galper, Co-Founder of the New York Institute of Aromatic Studies, as they co-present a very special evening workshop.

As women, we all go through periods of hormonal imbalance and it’s so important to know how we can bounce back and get our bodies back into a more balanced state, naturally. There are many ways through our dietary, lifestyle, and self-care choices where we can strongly affect change at a root-cause level, versus just treating symptoms or feeling confused and lost when it comes to fixing it. Symptoms such as bloating, fatigue, irritability, hair changes/loss, mood swings, anxiety, weight gain, brain fog, fatigue/low energy, low libido, and infertility do not need to be permanent.

Join us for an educational, hands-on workshop. New York Institute of Aromatic Studies is teaming up with Nutritionist, Alison Marras, NTC who helps her clients take control of their health by educating and empowering them with all things food and wellness! Together, we’ll discuss the underlying causes of hormonal imbalances so we can simplify and demystify the complication and confusing jargon around it! We’ll discuss the key issues that can go wrong, the causes, and most importantly — how you can support your body back to stronger health through dietary and lifestyle changes. After that, there will be time for a Q&A, as well as a fun lesson on making your own hormone balancing essential oil to use as a part of your self-care routine.

Alison Marras is an NYC-based Nutritional Therapist, Food Blogger & Photographer over at foodbymars.com where she whips up healthy and delicious recipes. She is dedicated to enabling her audience to take control of their health in the kitchen. All recipes are all gluten-free, predominantly paleo (grain-free, dairy-free) with an emphasis on wholesome and seasonal ingredients.

Living with Hashimoto’s Autoimmune disease, Alison began her food blog after realizing the importance of food as medicine in helping her heal and in keeping symptoms under control.
